Pruning
Pruning is an art and a science and we strive to practice both. Trees need periodic care to keep their branches off your home and other structures, to improve their health, to keep you safe, and for ease of other lawn tasks. We will look at your tree and determine with you which branches need to be removed, which ones need to be trained and which ones need to be raised. As a climber I can access your tree in a low-impact manner for both the tree and the lawn. From fine pruning your Japanese Maple to removing dead wood from your mature oak we are happy to help you and your trees.
Cabling
There are times when a tree needs a little support and adding a dynamic cable can increase the tree’s longevity and give you peace of mind when the wind blows. Not every tree or branch is a good candidate for cabling due to age, presence of decay, or potential damage if the tree fails. We are happy to look at the tree and give you a recommendation on how to care for the tree.
Swings
If you need a swing installed, be sure to call us and we can safely hang it to keep you and the tree happy!
Removals
There are times when you need to say good-bye to an old friend and we can remove the tree safely with limited to no damage to your lawn. Dead, decayed, or mis-planted trees need to be removed to keep you, your loved ones, your neighbors, and your property safe. We can remove the tree from the top down with a few simple tools and, if asked, will suggest a tree to replant. The tree debris is then removed from your property if requested. If the tree is suitable for firewood, and you have a place to burn it, we will buck the tree for a separate fee.
Cat and Drone Rescues
Our furry friends can get themselves into a jam and we are happy to help them out. If your cat has scaled a tree and can’t get down give us a ring! We are happy to climb up, gently retrieve your cat and bring them back to you. We will also rescue your drone if it has gotten tangled in a tree out of reach.
